Research & Handling - Homebuyer Assistance Funds
Members of the Chamber and their employees
receive the benefit of the Chamber's enrollment into the
Indiana Employer Consortium. This housing benefit is
used as down payment or closing costs when purchasing a home
and it is equal to 3% of a home's purchase price.
Borrowers do not execute any agreement for fund repayment or
additional lien on the purchase property and should contact
the administrator prior to executing a purchase
agreement. Complete details for members and their

Administrative assistance is available at 1-800-5614-7980 from
Data Research and Handling (DRH). DRH serves as the
Consortium's administrator.
